Exfoliate your skin 24–48 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin cells and create a smooth, even base. Avoid moisturising on the day of your tan. Remove any nail polish and come with clean, product-free skin. Wear or bring loose, dark clothing to your appointment.

With good preparation and aftercare, a spray tan can last well beyond a week. Moisturising daily with a tan extender is the single most effective thing you can do to keep your colour looking great for longer.

We recommend waiting at least 8 hours before your first shower. When you do shower, use lukewarm water and pat dry — don't rub.

For the first 24 hours, avoid sweating heavily, swimming, long baths, and tight clothing that might rub. After your tan has fully developed, moisturise daily and avoid exfoliating unless you're ready to fade the tan.
