Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day or the following working day. Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (e.g. holidays, promotional events).
Tracked Orders
All orders are sent with tracking where possible. Your dispatch email will include a tracking link or reference number. If you haven't received a dispatch confirmation within 2 working days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Click & Collect
You can also collect your order in person from our salon:

Please wait for a "Ready to collect" email before coming in. Collections are available during our opening hours:
- Monday–Saturday: 9am–7pm
- Sunday: 10am–5pm
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe: 1. Check your tracking link (if provided) 2. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office in case of an attempted delivery 3. If still not resolved, email info@strawberryglow.co.uk with your order number
We will investigate and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please: 1. Take a photo of the packaging and the damaged item before opening fully 2. Email info@strawberryglow.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
