Strawberry Glow is a beauty salon and online retailer based in Loughton, Essex, offering spray tanning, sunbed sessions, cosmetic and beauty treatments, and a range of professional tanning and skincare products.

- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable

- Where an error in pricing is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order (e.g. if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraudulent activity), in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Delivery & Returns
Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms and are available on our website.
8. Salon Services & Bookings
The following terms apply to appointments and treatments booked in-salon or through a third-party booking platform (e.g. Treatwell):
- You must be 18 or over to use sunbed services
- We reserve the right to decline a service where it is not safe or suitable to proceed (e.g. contraindications, skin conditions, recent treatments)
- Patch tests may be required before certain treatments — we will advise you at the time of booking
- Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or forfeit of the appointment without refund
- Cancellation and no-show policies are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy
9. Memberships & Subscriptions
- Membership plans are available on a rolling monthly basis
- By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership plans with 30 days' notice. If we discontinue a plan you are on, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused period
10. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Strawberry Glow. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
